Mustafa - Location Recce Forms

Recce 1
Location: The location for our filming will be Palmers Green train station.
Date: Tuesday 22nd February 2011
Time: 12:30pm

What will we film?
We will be filming a train arriving. We will then be filming David Wake (played by Saul) walking off of a train, and then exiting the station.

What we looked at?
This particular train station is suitable for our filming as it is an open station therefore we will have the advantage of natural lighting rather than artificial lighting which can affect our final product. This station is also not that busy so will not have too much trouble with people interfering while we are filming. This setting will allow us to show our character returning to the soaps main focal point, where the community is based.

Recce 2
Location: The location for filming will take place in an alleyway in Winchore Hill, close to Winchmore School.
Date: Friday 4th March 2011
Time: 12:30pm

What will we film?
We will be filming a scene where we have a confrontation of two characters that have had a dispute in the past.

What we looked at?
This location is suitable for filming, as it is a secluded alleyway that is not busy, so we will have no trouble with the interference of pedestrians. This setting will be effective for our trailer as it is a secluded alleyway, which could be the perfect setting for a crime scene

Recce 3
Location: The location for our filming will be Empire Avenue. This is the main road which will be seen in everyday episode of our soap.
Date: Thursday 24th February 2011
Time: 2.00pm

What will we film?
We will be filming David returning to his girlfriend’s house, where they will have a dispute about who his girlfriend is seeing.

What we looked at?
This location will be suitable for filming as Empire Avenue is a very calm road and quiet road so our filming will not be affecting by the sound of cars driving past or people in the street shouting. Also filming inside a private property eliminates the effect of pedestrians affecting filming. Artificial light will be used so scene is not dark and everything can be seen clearly
